How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your account at any time. To ensure the security of your data, we require all deletion requests to be submitted via email.

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Open the email account associated with your Joshua Samuel app account.
  2. Compose a new email to: joshuasamuel1997@gmail.com
  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your App Name/Username]
  4. In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Our support team will process your request within 30 days of receipt. We may contact you to verify your identity before finalizing the deletion to protect your account from unauthorized actions.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?

Once your request is fully processed, the following actions take place:

  • Profile & Identity Data: Your username, email address, password, and profile information are permanently removed from our active databases.
  • App Data & Progress: Any data, history, preferences, or progress linked to your account across our apps will be permanently deleted.
  • Irreversibility: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will lose access to any premium features, subscriptions, or historical data associated with the account.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that while we delete the vast majority of your personal data immediately, certain information may be retained temporarily or permanently under the following circumstances:

  • Legal Obligations: We may retain financial transaction records or logs required by applicable tax or financial laws.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Minor technical logs may be kept to maintain the security and integrity of our apps, but this data will be anonymized wherever possible.
