Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a digital-first technology service provider based in Chennai, Joshua Samuel does not deal in physical goods. Therefore, standard physical shipping timelines do not apply.

Delivery of Digital Services

• Websites & Custom Software: Deliverables, source code, and assets will be transferred digitally via secure version control platforms (such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket), cloud storage links, or deployed directly to the client’s designated hosting servers (AWS, Azure, Supabase, etc.).
• ERP Implementations: Delivery is marked complete upon successful cloud deployment, migration of verified historical databases, and completion of user acceptance testing (UAT) as per the project milestones.
• Timelines: Delivery schedules are determined strictly by the project scope agreed upon in the initial Service Agreement. We are not liable for deployment delays caused by third-party hosting downtimes, client API delays, or delayed feedback turnarounds.
