Returns and Cancellations Policy
Because Joshua Samuel primarily deals in highly customized digital products, software development, and professional consultancy services, our cancellation and refund framework operates as follows:
Service Cancellations
- Milestone-Based Projects: Clients can request to cancel a project at any stage. However, the client is liable to pay for all hours logged or milestones achieved and completed up to the date of formal written cancellation.
- Retainer/Support Contracts: Subscription-based support or maintenance contracts require a written notice period (as specified in your specific service contract, typically 30 days) before cancellation takes effect.
Refunds & Returns
- Digital/Custom Software: Due to the intangible nature of custom website development, product engineering, and ERP configuration, no refunds will be issued once a milestone is approved, coded, and delivered.
- Advance Deposits: If a project is cancelled by the client before any active development work or resource allocation has begun, a refund of the advance deposit may be issued, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
All refund requests must be initiated via written email communication. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
